Meatball Sub Recipe
- 16 meatballs
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 4 hoagie buns (using Homemade Bread Buns Recipe)
- Roast meatballs over campfire for about 10 minutes, or until sizzling and heated through.
- Add 1 T. of marinara sauce to each meatball and continue roasting until sauce is hot.
- Wrap hoagie buns in aluminum foil and heat in fire for about 5 minutes or until warm.
- Assemble meatball sub by adding extra sauce and provolone cheese.
